I just activated the strip plugin, now every admin page is blank. I can see the left menu ok, but clicking any page results in it showing blank. I’m basically screwed until i get this fixed.

PLEASE HELP.

Hi Donal,

Sorry for the trouble, we will help figure it out. We need a little more information.

Did the blank page show any errors or do you have an error log turned on and can you send us the error?

What version of WordPress do you have installed?

What other plugins do you have activated?

Who is your web host?

Can you deactivate the Stripe plugin?

I went into database and deactivated manually, but need this to work for my events.

You can turn on debug error logging: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Debug

i.e.

in your config file, set define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true);` and then look for the log file in uploads/debug.log

Looks like the conflict is with WishList Member plugin. When i active both of those i can reproduce the issue.

Here are the errors from debug.log.
It looks like buddypress might be the conflict?

Hi Donal,

I’ve removed your error log from public view, support can still access it.

Do you use Stripe with another plugin?

Donal

Yes, i use Stripe with WishList Member plugin. This seems to be the conflict?

Hello Donal,

It looks like both plugins are using the same Stripe PHP class. We have a fix up for testing now and should be out shortly.

Seth. That sounds promising! Thanks for jumping on this so quickly.

Hi Donal,

The suggested fix hasn’t been made yet. Basically it will involve namespacing the Stripe API classes so that EE4 uses the Stripe API classes inside its add-on, and not another plugin’s implementation.

Josh, any update on when I may see a fix?
