Since activating EE4, checkouts with Stripe don’t show the number of tickets purchased, only the total amount paid. Prior to adding EE4 plugin, Stripe did show this information. |

Hi there,
Do you mean with EE3? The EE4 stripe integration does no include the number of tickets.
When the developer set the payment method in debug mode, did he also change the keys used in the payment method settings to use the test keys? Debug mode uses different keys to your live account.
You’ll need to host the image somewhere and post the link here, we have some examples of how you can add screenshots here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots |

Do you mean with EE3? The EE4 stripe integration does no include the number of tickets. I mean EE4. We never had EE3. We recently redid our website as a WP site, and needed an events plugin, so we chose the most recent version. You’ll need to host the image somewhere and post the link here, we have some examples of how you can add screenshots here: This is the screenshot. I’ll forward your response to our developer https://nypsi.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Stripe-Problem.png If it helps, this is the link to the site: nypsi.org |

I’m sorry but I don’t understand this:
and:
What did you use before EE4 if not EE3? I’m guessing not Event Espresso at all if you have only just switched to using a WP site?
Although the payment method is in Debug mode, your using your Stripe accounts Live keys. You can’t just switch debug mode on and use live keys with Stripe to test, you need to use the _test_ keys available in your account: |
