Strange problem with e-mails

Hello, I have some wired problem with confirmations by e-mail. My client is not receiving any but they are all coming to my gmail. In the EE general settings I have the customer’s email set up correctly..Any ideas ? This is EE4

Ok, but why is the plugin not sending e-mails to the client direct?
They are all landing in my gmail … but my e-mail is nowhere on the website

Hi,

Emails are sent to the event author. Did you create those events?

If so, you could reassign them to the event author by going to the events editor. Then toggle screen option and enable the author.

Then change that from your WordPress account to the site owner and save changes.

Another option is to change the TO shortcode for the registration approved message from event author to one of the other shortcodes:
