Hi,

Starting just yesterday, the confirmation email that is being sent from Event Espresso when someone signs up for an event is a crazy html email that seems to be coming from my host. This has never happened before.

The registration page is: https://vitalitiwellness.com/events/?ee=173

I have pasted the email I receive below the general info:

WordPress Version:
4.8.6
PHP Version:
7.1.13
MySQL Version:
5.6.32
Event Espresso Version:
3.1.37.12.P

redacted

Here is the email that I am receiving when someone registers:

The email is indeed sent via your web hosting mail servers, so that part is expected, but the broken looking html isn’t expected.

May I ask have any new plugins been added to the site since the time this was working, or other plugins updated?

If no changes have been made to your WordPress environment then you could check with your host to see if they’ve made changes to the mail server.
