Hi, referring to https://eventespresso.com/topic/mobile-app-for-ticketing-addon-crashes/. Why is this topic closed? It hasn’t been resolved!? I’m still waiting for a solution. Am I the only one with this particular problem?

It hasn’t been resolved!?

Yes, here’s our situation: The developer that last worked on the Android app isn’t returning our calls or emails. We’re still trying to reach out to them.

Am I the only one with this particular problem?

This appears to be the case. Other users using other devices still can scan. Can you try using another device?
