We are experiencing sporadic PayPal failures. Some transactions go through fine, but others will go through the PayPal process, and after clicking the pay link in PayPal, the redirect to our site is just a white screen. When I look at the transaction logs for the transaction items, I see each PayPal attempt, but there is no data in the gateway response.
This is exacerbated by the fact I can’t seem to get ANY debug data out of PHP or WordPress. Please help!
I’ve done all those tricks and WP still won’t log anything. Getting any error logs out of PHP FPM is impossible for me. I can create a test event, just give me details of how you want it set up, please.
It looks like your site is on Event Espresso version 4.9.35.p. I can advise to update to Event Espresso version 4.9.36.p. The version your site has now has a bug that affects PayPal payments. 4.9.36.p includes a fix.
