Last week, I was able to download 4800 registrants and today I can’t download 5050 registrants. Since other people are having the same issues, are you sure it is not a fix on your side? I just would expect a little more flexible functionality from a plugin that costs over $250.

Hi Grace,
Generating a report for thousands of registrants requires a large amount of processing power to pull that information from the database.

Based on what you have shared, you should be able to retrieve that information by generating the report in two batches.
