Last week, I was able to download 4800 registrants and today I can’t download 5050 registrants. Since other people are having the same issues, are you sure it is not a fix on your side? I just would expect a little more flexible functionality from a plugin that costs over $250.
Based on what you have shared, you should be able to retrieve that information by generating the report in two batches.
