Hi Julie, I am having the same problem. Unfortunately my event is tomorrow and I need a solution ASAP. Have you had any luck? |
Hi Danielle, Please try Postmark app or Mandrill: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/ — |

Hi Danielle, No luck yet, I tried that postmark solution that Lorenzo suggested but it doesn’t seem like it would necessarily solve my issue. I’m troubleshooting for my client and they have several different email addresses that need to work, not sure how this Postmark will work exactly, I went through the process and didn’t work properly for me. Let me know if you have any luck..I’m going to call GoDaddy & see if something changed on their end. Super frustrating! |

@ Julie, Those services replace the wp_mail function which handles email notifications. Try Mandrill. If neither work, then I would definitely get in touch with your web host. BTW: do regular WP notifications such as password resets and new user notifications work? — |

Hi Lorenzo, So I’ve done a bit more troubleshooting. Looks like the email notifications are now going through again, at least for the registrations. The other issue I had was that when I clicked on the ‘Resend Registration Details’ button they weren’t being sent. I created a 1 cent registration payment for testing purposes and used a separate email from my admin one…I as the user received a notification of payment & registration which is great. As the admin I also received that transactions registration details. Good so far. But when I clicked on ‘Resend’ (in case this happens again) the resend email actually now went the the ‘user’ rather than my ‘admin’. It didn’t used to do that. I have no idea where to change that so that I can click the ‘Resend Registration Details’ is actually goes to the admin & not the client. Any insight on this? Sorry for the long winded end, but any help would be great appreciated! Thanks so much. |

Hi, I’m not sure how that happened as the resend feature sends to the registrant or attendee. The admin can review a registration record by logging into the WordPress admin but an attendee/registrant can’t do that so thats why they are sent the registration details email. Are you running the latest software? — |
