I am hitting this too. I am using WPEngine and this happens only in production, so I suspect something is off with the session data. What is the solution that you have in the works and when will it be available?

Hi, thanks for getting started on troubleshooting. This is actually due to the caching system which isn’t available on staging. Please see the recommendations here:

You’ll need to open a support ticket to request to have the Event Espresso pages excluded from caching.
