Hi, we are having a similar problem…I hired someone to make our site. People can’t add to cart and then six items show up at once…please advise what I should do. Debbie

Hi Debbie,

I split this into a new topic because the other topic has a different solution.

In this case you’ll need to contact your host and ask them to deactivate the server side caching. The server side caching isn’t allowing the cart to function. There’s more information here:
