I have a related issue. We’d like to add a registration option for a family. Regardless of how many are in the family, it will be one total price. We need to collect the names and ages of the family though. Seems like we need to add a group registration option but I can not find how to add that to an existing ee4 site anywhere. Thank you.

Hi,
You can set this up by enabling the questions groups for the additional registrants through the event editor. This is located in the bottom right area of the editor.
Then create a ticket for additional family members and set the price to 0.
During registration, the primary attendee will be billed for the price of the ticket and the additional members will receive a complimentary registration.
You can also adjust the pricing to show free or complimentary instead of 0 for the free tickets:
