Hi all,

we have installed EE4 on our develop site and since then the search results are spinning on the search results page (see: https://screencast.com/t/vfYw4a1L95)
When I disable the .ee-spin class in CSS or when I disable the plugin, the page is shown without spinning content.

I don’t know what would break when I disable .ee-spin.
Hopefully one of you can help me how to solve this.

Thanks in advance,
Regards, Ivo

Hi there,

Your current account does not have a support license, do you have this site on another account?

You shouldn’t need to disable the spinner and those classes should not be added to that elemnt as far as I can tell from the screencase, we’ll need to the page itself to investigate.

Does the same happen if you view the page on a default theme such as twentyseventeen? You can do that just for admins logged into the site using the Theme Test Drive plugin.

Thanks Tony, yes our license has expired (our fault, long story, will renew soon) and I will look into the theme test drive plugin. We are using a Divi theme and since the upgrade to EE4 we have this issue. Maybe one has an idea, here in the forum, why this happens.

You can take a look here: https://libraryontwikkel.maastrichtuniversity.nl/
Click on the tab Site Search & Quick Links
Do a search
A new search result page will open, with the spinning results

Is that the correct URL?

Currently, the site is timing out for me so I can’t view anything.
