Hi Support Team. |
Hi CraigK, Thank you for considering Event Espresso, how are you today?
Currently Event Espresso does not officially support multi language sites, you can translate EE to multiple languages, but only a single language can be selected at once.
Each registration creates a ticket, the Admin can download individual tickets at any time. The ticket is a PDF so can also be printed any time.
To register them onto the event or ‘check-in’ the registrant to show the attended the event?
Yes you can although currently this would be done through a 3rd part app to scan the tickets, see here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-use-a-mobile-device-to-scan-ee4-tickets/ Or you can manually check-in registrants from the check-in list.
It is possible to view when an attendee checked in and out of an event on a per checkin basis, there is currently no reporting of this in bulk.
Currently we do not have any plans for a GetResponse integration. We currently integrate with MailChimp.
Which payment gateway are you looking to use? Event Espresso currently does not integrate with any Russian gateways directly that I am aware of, although Mijireh may support a gateway you can use (as we do integrate with Mijireh)
All registrations can download a receipt by default, or you can send them an email containing a link they can download the receipt from.
Yes tickets can include Photos although currently we do not provide an upload file feature within the registration form to include an image on registration.
Can you expand on this further please? There are shortcodes available for EE4 however it depends on what you are looking to do. I would recommend registering to Test Drive Event Espresso 4 so you can get a feel for how Event Espresso works. This will allow you to create an event, register and view the registrations from the admin. If you have any further questions just let us know. |

Ho Tonh. Thanks for the info:
– THANK YOU. DOES THE DB HANDLE MULTIPLE CHARACTER SETS WITHOUT ISSUE. IF I ENTER RUSSIAN NAMES, TURKISH NAMES AND ENGLISH NAMES WOULD THAT CAUSE AN ISSUE?
– EXCELLENT.
– MY BAD, I WILL GET A LAPTOP ON SITE TO HANDLE NEW REGISTRATIONS AT THE DOOR.
– THANK YOU.
– OK. I WILL LOOK INTO SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY CREATING A REPORT FOR THIS (CUSTOM REPORTING AND MODS ETC).
– THANKS.
– SOME CREDIT CARD TYPES IN RUSSIA ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY AMERICAN PAYPAL ACCOUNTS. THUS I WOULD NEED TO LOOK AT DIFFERENT OPTIONS, THUS THE QUESTION ABOUT THE GATEWAY USED. WILL CHECKOUT MIJIREH… THANK YOU
– EXCELLENT! THANK YOU.
– THANK YOU. MIGHT REQUEST THIS TO YOUR DEV TEAM IF I PURCHASE, AS A FUTURE OPTION.
– SOME PLUGINS I HAVE LOOKED AT GIVE LIMITED SHORT CODE USAGE. IF YOU HAVE SHORT CODES THAT I CAN USE WITHIN MY SOURCE CODE, I AM HAPPY… I would recommend registering to Test Drive Event Espresso 4 so you can get a feel for how Event Espresso works. This will allow you to create an event, register and view the registrations from the admin. Thanks for the help on this.

Thanks Tony. |
As long as you are using UTF charsets there shouldn’t be any issues.
You do not need a laptop at the door, although it would likely be a little easier. You can place registrations onto the event using an mobile/tablet, it just may be easier with a laptop.
Ah ok, we do have some shortcode functionality, but it too may be considered limited. It depends on exactly what you want to achieve, if you can provide further details we can answer this with greater detail. Any other questions just let us know. |
