My system is throwing this error every so often and preventing registrations for our upcoming events. We use the Let’s Encrypt SSL system. Can you help me troubleshoot this? It’s crunch time for registrations, of course and every little bit of downtime can lose us money.

Hi there,
That’s actually an error that occurs when the registration page is served from a cache. What happens is the unique, expected, dynamically generated nonce gets served over and over, unexpectedly stale, from a cache (because the nonce was generated earlier). When that happens, you’ll see the “security error”.
The way to fix this is you exclude the Event Espresso pages from the cache. When you use a caching plugin you will need to configure it to exclude Event Espresso pages in its settings.
