Hello, similar to this topic (https://eventespresso.com/topic/payment-is-1-cent-short/) I have had a small % of our transactions owing 1 cent and I have had to manually go in and approve them. We did a large festival, so this small percentage still worked out to around 20 or so tickets.
Unfortunately the festival is over, but I could let you know of some transactions that I’ve manually approved and perhaps you can look into it?
Using Stripe elements, and the gateway plugin was the latest update and it still happened.
One thing I’m not sure if this makes a difference, but we recently changed our pricing model to be $19.99 or other prices ending in 99 cents. This is when I noticed the issue.
If you can email me I can set the admin up with access?

I couldn’t find anything specific causing this on the thread you linked to above but I’ll happily take a look over some of the registrations on your site to see if anything stands out.
