Customers can start the registration process, but when they get to the “proceed to payment” options, the get the following error: “An error has occurred: The selected method of payment could not be determined. Please ensure that you have selected one before proceeding. If you continue to experience difficulties, then refresh your browser and try again, or contact ************** for assistance.” This started on September 19.
I tried testing to register for one of your events, and get a common error that occurs when there is caching getting in the way of Event Espresso working properly.
The error is: Nothing in your Event Queue
In the response headers I can see: x-cacheable: YES:Forced
If this problem for your customers happens irregularly, or intermittent, then it makes sense this could be caused by caching because some customers get an old version (old data) of the site while others get new versions (new data) of the site.
