We had an event that was sold out. Some people cancelled so we removed them (2) and emptied the trash. We put back the event as “Pending for review” (because the publish was not available in the dropdown) and put it back. Unfortunately, the sold quantity was not updated. Here is a screenshot showing you the setup of our ticket (we are using the addon of roles restriction).
Please help us to understand why?? We need to free up space for our events!
That doesn’t quite add up, even after removing 2 registrations. While I don’t have enough data to explain why there’s a discrepancy there, what you could do is make an adjustment to the Datetime Registration Limit.
For example, if you have 2 spaces to fill yet, you could change the datetime registration limit to be 27 and that will reopen the event to allow 2 more sales.
Another example, if you have 4 spaces to fill yet, you could change the datetime reg limit to be 29.
