We have two events in our registration. It was working fine until we recently extended the early registration date, but now it is showing SOLD OUT, even though we have plenty of seats left.
I searched the forum posts and found this suggestion, but it did not help: go to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset page and click on the Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts button. After the reserved counts are reset, you can go to edit the event and click on Publish.
There was also a link to a bug fix, but it went to a 404 page.
Here’s a screenshot. I have tried to change the numbers under QTY but they revert to 50. The Field Trip does have a limit of 50, but we could change that and monitor it to stop at 50, if necessary for workaround. http://www.aqualliance.net/screenshot-2018-04-04-08-12-45/
This is an easy fix: You open up the advanced options for the Field Trip datetime, then uncheck all the boxes next to the conference tickets. Then update/save the event. Then you’ll be able to blank out or change the limits set in the Ticket QTY fields for the non-field trip tickets.
