Thanks for sending credentials to log in to the site. I took a look at the CNA South Day class and can see that there are several Pending Payment and Incomplete registrations. You could try reaching out to the Pending Payment registrants to see if they’ve had issues making a payment on your site, then if they don’t respond or state they are no longer interested, you could delete those registrations.
