We are stuck with Event Espresso in way that our payment routing is not very reliable and it is starting to come to a point where it is costing us serious business.
We need to have someone of Event Espresso look with us into our configuration and explain what is going wrong. Can we book a Skype / teamviewer session with your technical support staff? Please do not refer me to an external party… These are very specific problems we need to show to you in our system… Please let me know how we can arrange this.
The way forward is for you to email us the details along with any screenshots that help illustrate the problem. History has shown that this is the best way forward because these things take time to troubleshoot and generally cannot be fixed over a Skype call.
