Hi there, my event page works correctly in Firefox, but there is no styling in IE or Chrome

Please help as I need this done and ready to open for registration for tomorrow.

On examining further, it is showing fine in the browsers, however, the issue is when someone is not logged in as a member. As a member, I can see the registration page correctly, but as a non-member, (which we don’t require them to be) the CSS styling is missing.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I am of course logged out and the site looks fine to me (screenshot, left is IE 10, right latest Chrome)
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
