Site License wont upgrade

Hello,

I have EE installed on a site that was originally supposed to be a multi-site but it’s not being used that way. I have EE activated on only one site. I have been able to auto upgrade before but right now I’m being told I can’t upgrade the mailchimp addon because I only have a license key for one site.

I will manually update this time but ask you to look into this for me.

Hi,

Did you network activate the plugin? If so please disable and activate solely on the single site.

If not please advise.

It was never network activated. The updates had been working fine until this last Mailchimp one.

Hi,

Try manually upgrading the add-on through WordPress plugins.

You can download the latest version from your account page here:

https://eventespresso.com/users/dwilke/

Then backup your WordPress site and login to your WP dashboard for the site running Event Espresso. Deactivate MailChimp.

Then go to the Network Admin area and then Plugins and delete and remove the MailChimp integration. Then upload the latest version.

Return to the WP dashboard for the site running Event Espresso and go to Plugins. Then activate the MailChimp plugin.

I had already done that and I’m good to go. I just wanted to make sure it would update in the future.
