Site LIcense not working for update after SSL Switch

I switched my site over to have my Admin and Event Espresso pages as SSL functions; however when I am trying to update my License now with the update it is telling me that I can only have my site key operating on one domain (which I do). Any way to correct this error without having to remove the SSL?

I’ve reset the key. Please remove (cut) it from your General Settings and save the options. Add it back and re-save. If the problem remains in 24 hours please contact us.

Problem is remaining. Site key was reset, but it is the exact same code and key. Nothing seems different and it is still not letting me update.

It can take up to 24 hours for the update engine to recheck the key. If you want to speed up the process, you can delete the “external_updates-event-espresso” option from the wp_options table.

It has been more than 24 hours and it is still not working. I also deleted the option from the tables and it doesn’t seem to be any different.

I am still not able to update Event Espresso. It is telling me that it is only for one domain, which I have. It is telling me the site license is not valid. It has previously been reset with no correction. Thank you

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

Not sure what is happening there. I recreated a new key and added that and it seems to be working fine now. Please advise us if that situation changes.
