Site License Keys Reset still pending

Hi, on Friday I asked if my key could be reset so that we could use it on the public website instead of the testing site.

It is still pending, could you please advise me how I can get this to be reset.

It is getting quite urgent now.

Hi Mark,

Sorry for the delay, I didn’t see a request come in for your site on Friday, however I saw the one that just came in and reset the key for you.

Please note: You will need to remove the key from the testing site so that our server doesn’t get pinged by two sites, which will lead to more errors.

Hi – I have removed the license from the development server (wordpress.eciti.co.uk) and applied the license code to the live server (citi.co.uk).

Would it be possible to make sure the site license applies to citi.co.uk now please?

It says it’s active on http://www.citi.co.uk.
