There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.24.1.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now. I have a license: Your license level: Business License Expires: 2013-01-09

Same issue for me – and for some reason the member integration addon hasn’t been ported to the new license system (i.e. I’m still showing as “personal” license with just two addons (so I can’t use member + calendar + social anymore) and I’m not sure the nonprofit status has been ported either

Hi Álvaro, I’ll look into updating your account to add members, I remember we had to do that on the old site. Some things didn’t get carried over. See this post for some auto-update troubleshooting tips:https://eventespresso.com/topic/plugin-auto-update-tips/ If that doesn’t help, can you send WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/contact/ Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form. |

Álvaro, It looks like you have access to members (now called WP user integration), the calendar, and the social add-ons on your account page. |

Hi Josh, thanks for looking into it – I deliberately held back on responding until the next update rolled by and I could confirm the issue as fixed or persistent. Unfortunately it’s the latter. See the screenshot via this link. That is what I see after repeatedly attempting to upgrade EE via the regular plugin upgrade feature; it goes through the upgrade motions and then just keeps showing the same thing. |
|
PS: the members integration addon thingie does not show up, the three things I have available for download are EE itself, Calendar and Social Media. Also: I’m certainly willing to upgrade to a “business” license but wasn’t there a discount for non-profits available? Let me know and I’ll proceed with the upgrade, it’s almost 8/1 when the current license expires.

To be sure I was (of course) able to upgrade EE to the latest via a manual upgrade (deleting the old, then manually uploading the newest EE archive and decompressing on the server in the plugin folder) it’s just that the automatic method won’t work, for some reason. I did notice that this version doesn’t have the version number in the downloadable EE archive, which is a departure from the previous versions. Maybe that smoothens it out in the next available upgrade. |
Hi Álvaro, Removing the version numbers from the folder names is indeed part of the solution. If you run into other problems with the auto updates let us know and we can reset the key. With the add-ons, I’m not sure that the upgrade renewal discount can be combined with a non-profit discount. You could check with the sales team by sending them a note via the contact page to be sure. I’d recommend contacting them either way as the additional add-ons are no longer showing on your account page. They were added back on on the the 13th, but there was an issue with some of the personal accounts losing add-on access since then. There’s a developer working on a fix for this, but this can be manually reset. |
