Site License Key–need reset every time?

I need to update my EE3 and it says “Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys.” When I go to my account, it says “These are all the site_license keys assigned to you for enabling automatic updates of plugins you’ve obtained from us.” So, I thought I did have the membership level allowing automatic upgrades. Do I request a reset? Then what?

Hi,

I have reset the licence key for you. If this re-occurs please advise. Please note the key can only be used on one site.
