Site License Key Error

I am getting the error “You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Json Api but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.” on my admin. I’m pretty sure the account we signed up for was full access, so I’m unsure what I need to do. We are currently between events, so we don’t have an active event on our site. Could that be causing the error?
