Hi,
Out Event Espresso is not working properlly some of the time – after we’ve entered the registration details and then selected payment method (paypal) we get the error:
single_page_checkout.js?ver=4.4.8.p:744 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property
When we click Finialize Payment – it should redirect to paypal.
The problem page is:

Hi Cathy,
I just ran a test registration and successfully made it to PayPal. I saw no JavaScript errors along the way.
What browser did this occur in? Can you re-test to confirm if it is working now for you?

Hi Dean,
I’ve just tried again and it still gets stuck on the finalise registration and won’t redirect me to Paypal. However a friend has just tried it on their laptop and it worked ok and redirected through to Paypal. We were both using Google Chrome?

Can clear your browser’s cache and try a registration again?

Hi Josh,
I’ve cleared the browser’s cache and started registration again and it still gets stuck and doesn’t redirect to Paypal. Just states ‘Please wait while we process registration’ but doesn’t do anything further?

Can you try with a different browser? One thing that makes things a little difficult to support in this case is the version of Event Espresso that you’re running ( 4.4.8 ) is out of date. If you do not want to update at this time, that’s fine, we’ll try to work with you, however it may help if you update to the current version.
