Hi there I’ve created a single event and its only showing the image the text is displayed in a different box rather than like every other page I’ve built. I can’t work out why its doing this. The draft page is below. an example page that works for me Also on the details section can I hide the show details hyperlink as it isn’t needed for this example. Can I move stuff around on the page so that the ticket price moves below the lecturer which is where currently the detail about the event is being displayed. Sorry lots of questions in one post. Many thanks Rich I’m using the following PHP Version: 7.0.33 MySQL Version: 5.5.5 Event Espresso Version: 4.10.3.p WordPress Address (URL): https://www.southamptoncc.co.uk Site address (URL): https://www.southamptoncc.co.uk |

Hi Rich, I’m afraid I cannot see your preview page/draft because I’m not an admin for your site. It may be you’ll need to publish the event before all of the content will display. Some themes hook in to the WordPress content filter in unexpected ways, so the draft preview may not have everything about the event. If you go to Event Espresso > Events > Templates, you’ll find settings that allow for moving the items around and for removing the “show details” links for the tickets within the ticket selector. |

Hi Josh I tried publishing and then created a new one. I’m still seeing the same issue here’s the published page https://www.southamptoncc.co.uk/events/winter-chat-an-introduction-to-sports-psychology/ which bit in the template is the remove the show details link as I thought I had clicked on the item to remove it. One other question do you have a recommended size for the images to display successfully. This one seems quite large. Many thanks |

I’m not following you about what the issue is about the event not showing detail of the event. With regards to the “show details” link, you can set “Show Ticket Details?” to No in Event Espresso > Events > Templates. With regards to the image size, the theme controls this. You can override the theme’s CSS by adding something like this to your site’s custom CSS editor:

I think I’ve sorted it I’ve changed the display order around and moved people to below event description that seems to have moved the event description back up to under the image. I’ll have a play around with the image sizes now. Thank you |
