Since updating to WP 4.4.1 I cannot add registrations as an admin on the back end.
EE is updated to latest 4.8.29p, all other plugins updated etc.
When I attempt to add new registration, on the ticket selection page, the name of the ticket appears, but no selection radio box and the rest of the page is blank.

Hi Chris,
I’m not seeing this on any of our test sites that also have the WP 4.4.1 update. Can you try turning on WP_DEBUG to catch the error that’s being thrown there?

Hey Chris,
One other thing to check into is if the event is free, and the total tickets per order is set to 1, then you will not see a selection radio box. It will only show the ticket name, and a blue button that says Add Tickets and Continue to Registrant Details. In cases where there’s only one ticket and the maximum number of tickets per order is 1, it should look something like this:

Got it. It was my mistaken interpretation of the visual layout of the page. Our event matches your description – free event, one ticket etc.
The confusion came from the button being sort of overlaid with the EE sidebar menu.
It’s working now. Thanks for the help.
