Something is wrong with the multiple event registrations I believe? Please see screenshot so u can see what error I am getting. No matter how many items it always says “0” items added to cart confusing customers. Need quick fix please. SCREENSHOT: https://www.screencast.com/t/OcwgUXfK |

Hi Jarred, Other threads have found this is almost always a matter caused by caching. See related threads: https://eventespresso.com/topic/says-items-in-cart-but-then-cart-and-registration-page-are-empty/ |

actually I found another post from last week saying there was going to be an update to Multi event registration add-on. Forgive me but it is not a cache issue. I have used EE for multiple years now and this hasn’t happened before. ANd I have been using same cache plugins with EE for over three years. This post says an update is coming but when will it happen? https://eventespresso.com/topic/not-able-to-add-additional-tickets-and-tickets-not-showing-as-being-added/ |

and i did try deactivating cache plugins , clearling cloudflare, deactivating cloudflare, and the problem still is there. The PopUp says 0 items no matter how many you add. Please have them push the update. thanks |

hi guys, please. I am getting customers contacting me about this because summer camps are our busiest time. Can we please get this fixed? |

Hi Jarred, I’ve just pushed an update that should fix this (MER 2.0.19.p) If you don’t see that update available on the site just yet, go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Make no changes and just hit save to force an update check. The update should then show in Dashboard -> Plugins. |

THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH. Works perfectly just like it use too. That is a life saver more than you can imagine. Thanks.. |

THANK YOU FOR THIS! I can’t see it yet because I’m on a staging site without license activvated but I can see the update exists and this is a huge fix I’ve needed! |

Hi there, Just to note, you can always manually update the plugins on the site, just download the add-on from your account page and go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New. Click ‘Upload plugin’ at the top and select the .zip file you just downloaded, WordPress should show a message stating it already exists and ask if you want to overwrite the current version with the one you just download, click to do so and you’ll have the latest version running. |
