Is there a shortcode or way to show a users events they have registered for on a particular page? We are trying to utilize a membership plugin and want each user to have their account page but we don’t want them viewing the wordpress backend profile page.

That can be done by using this shortcode for Event Espresso 3 and the WP User Integration:
[ESPRESSO_MY_EVENTS]
Note that the shortcode above can be added to a page and then published. It will only be available if the WP User Integration is in use:
