Hi EventEspresso Team,
We have events, where attendees order many tickets. We request personal information (firstname, lastname and email) and it’s difficult for the users to find out, which ticket is for which person. Is there a way to display the ticket name above the personal details for every ticket?

Hello
The primary Registrant will receive all ticket and all the additional registrant.

First you have to enable the that your event asking additional registrant information.

Then you have to ensure that you have plugin enabled Event Espresso – Ticketing (EE 4+)
Then you can modify the ticket message in your message section if you don’t like the default setup. You can add shortcode that is available for that message.

Hi Rio,
Thank you for your answer. It’s not the message, that I want to adapt, it’s the page, where the user can fill in the ticket information for the primary attendee and the other attendees. Is there a way to display the ticket names there?

If user purchase multiple ticket, they will have this for every registration.

but if the purchase was just one one particular ticket, this information will be shown at the top.
