Should I downgrade to version 3?

We just purchased version 4, and I can’t create custom reminder emails, but I see that you can do that with version 3. Should I downgrade my license to version 3?

You can create custom reminder emails in EE4, and unless I’m misunderstanding what you mean, you cannot create custom reminder emails in Event Espresso 3. Have you had a chance to review this documentation?
