I have a client who uses a custom question during registration to ask for a license plate number. He would like this listed on the ticket notice that is sent to the purchaser. I tried looking at using shortcodes but previous forum responses won’t work. Can I get some aid? Thanks!
The shortcode is [PRIMARY_REGISTRANT_ANSWER_*License plate number] (you’ll need to change License plate number in the above example to match the text of your license plate number question).
For future reference, there’s a list of all the available shortcodes right on the page where you edit the Ticket Notice email that you can open by clicking on the Help tab on the upper right corner of the window.
Thanks – that seemed to work! I didn’t stick “primary” in the short code since it was going to the regular registrant, not the primary registrant. Thanks again!
