I had a ‘thank you’ page built for general inquiries, and I created a ‘thank you’ page for the event registration as well. While the directories differ, the slugs are the same. So I think that was creating conflict. Changed the page name to ‘registration received’ and it seems to work now. Thanks!
If Event Espresso was added to your site recently, then the existing thank you page would have the thank-you slug in use and a new page with a similar name should have had a number added to the end like thank-you-2. I’m not sure about the order in which Event Espresso was added to your site but I’m glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue.
Be sure to turn off sandbox (testing) mode prior to going live to accept live payments.
