Hey guys….I have only been running sandbox testing, etc. But this is what my THANK YOU page pulls up” http://racestarttraining.com/schedule/thank-you/
It shows the shortcode, but nothing pulls up. Paypal is suppose to direct the user back to this page after payment is made. Thanks

Hi there,
If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical Pages.
Find the Thank you page in the list of pages there and confirm it is set to the correct page – http://take.ms/lhhoK
New try removing the shortcode, updating the page, replace the shortcode and resave the page. Does it now parse the shortcode?
If not create a new page (call it anything for now) and place the thank you shortcode on that page, does it work on that page?

Tony thanks. It DID NOT work. However, what DID work was this…
I had a ‘thank you’ page built for general inquiries, and I created a ‘thank you’ page for the event registration as well. While the directories differ, the slugs are the same. So I think that was creating conflict. Changed the page name to ‘registration received’ and it seems to work now. Thanks!

Hello,
If Event Espresso was added to your site recently, then the existing thank you page would have the thank-you slug in use and a new page with a similar name should have had a number added to the end like thank-you-2. I’m not sure about the order in which Event Espresso was added to your site but I’m glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue.
Be sure to turn off sandbox (testing) mode prior to going live to accept live payments.
