I’m getting complaints that when people check out that they are getting charged double. I’ve tried a couple different approaches and it seems as if the discount codes are creating the complications. 7JESTERZ1 is our most popular code and is doubling the cart total. Some of them don’t work at all.

did you get my log in and contact info with the priority support token? how does that work? I’d love to be on the phone and just get it taken care of rather than blog please.
I’m afraid this can not be fixed over the phone. Did you get our emails where we replied to you about the mobile apps documentation and when we asked for FTP credentials. No need to reply in the forums, please follow up via the emails.
