Hello. I am setting up events for a sports club. They are running camps for which attendees can book to attend a day, a week, or the full two weeks. There is a maximum attendance limit of 15 people per day, and so i’d like to know the best way of setting up these different booking options, so that the maximum number of attendees is not exceeded on any given day. Any help would be gratefully received.
You can set sold limits on both datetimes and tickets so it depends on how you want this to work.
You could create individual datetimes for each day and set a limit of 15 on each datetime. You can then create an individual ticket that applies to each single datetime (this allows user to purchase single days)
Then create 2 week tickets, the week 1 ticket applied to all of the datetimes within week 1 and the week 2 tickets apply to datetimes within week 2.
Finally a 2 week ticket that applied to all datetime.
