Server Timing Error (2)

Hi,

EventEspresso: Version 4.9.42.p
Website: http://www.copadehk.com

A lot of people trying to register are getting these errors (most of them are via phone):

I have seen on forums of others having similar problems. I have turned off the Bot Trap Settings for now. I don’t know if this fixes the problem.

However I’d like your expertise and see if this does fix the issue or if there should be something else I should be doing.

Hi there,

The above can also happen if you a caching the ticket selector/registration checkout pages.

Are you running any caching plugins?

Or maybe plugins that specific target changing the site for mobile?

Hi Tony,

Thank you for the tip, I have disabled the mobile catching. However I do want to keep it on, is it possible to give me the URLs I can have my WP ROCKET (the catch plugin) to make exceptions?

We have some documentation on excluding pages from cache here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/

You’ll also need to add any page outside of the above that you are loading the ticket selector on.
