Hi – my customers are getting the following security error “Sorry, there was a security error and your registration was not saved” when they attempt to register for one of my workshops using the following url: http://path2excellence.com/test-prep/sat-prep/. This has never happened in the past and I have no idea what the issue is. I’m a total novice and would truly appreciate assistance.

Hi,

This is generally a caching issue. Have you got a cache plugin on your site? If so can you set it to not cache Event Espresso pages?

I would also clear your browser cache as well.
