Hi I just bought the Seating Chart Plug-in. However, I was aware that it was not compatible with the Multiple Registration Plug-in. However, when I integrated into an event it does not allow Group registration (Additional Attendees)? Further, it seems I can’t have an Early Bird Discount with it as it did not work..? So instead I thought well at least I can have promotion codes. However, it says that the code was inputted. However, when I go to checkout it is charging me without the Discount being applied? I really appreciate your help! |

Hi Hayato, I can help you get the additional attendees part working. In your event editor, please be sure to set Allow Group Registrations to Yes, Max Group Registrations to a number more than 1, and Additional Attendee Registration info to Full registration information. |

I did however this is all I get. Here is the link to the Demo Event I’m doing a test run on: http://www.laeigafest.com/y2014/event-registration/payment-options/?ee=28 Further, do You know why the Early Bird Discount is not working nor the promo codes with the Seating Chart? I really appreciate Your help as at this point I am lost. |
Hi Hayato, I checked the page you linked to and it’s indicating that the registration_page_display.php and registration_page.php templates have been modified and copied over to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates. Can you try again with fresh copies of these files? The Early Bird Discount feature is not supported with the Seating Chart add-on. The Promo codes feature isn’t supported with events where the Seating Chart is used either, but I can look into whether there is a modification that can be made to allow Promo codes apply to tickets where the seating chart is active. |

I apologize what do You mean by fresh copies? And I would Greatly appreciate it if their was modification you could provide me with. It would truly help me a lot! |
Hi Hayato, You can download a fresh copy of the Event Espresso 3 plugin from your account page. Please note that there are template files that were copied over to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates are overriding the default templates on your site. If those copies were modified, this may be why the Multi-attendees function is not working. If the core Event Espresso plugin files were not modified, you can temporarily disable the modified templates by renaming the /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates folder to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates-off |

Thank You Josh! I just turned it off as you suggested and it is working now so I’m going compare them and see what modifications were made and why. Further,I really need and would like for the Social coupons to work. As you mentioned is there any way I could integrate Discount codes? Any suggestion at this point would be very helpful. Once Again Thank You! |
Hi Hayato, Sidney outlined a code change that you can try in another thread: https://eventespresso.com/topic/single-discount-with-the-seating-chart/#post-62795 Please note that this modification is not supported. |
