I downloaded the app to the Samsung tablet. I entered our url and username and password. Keeps rejecting the url of the wordpress site and won’t let me log in to the check in app. the error message reads: the website URL is invalid. I’ve tried a number of things–but according to Chrome–our url is http://www.chicagoschoolofshoemaking.com Help? thanks, Sara

Hi Sara,
This sounds like an issue caused by the iThemes Security plugin.
There’s a note in the EE4 mobile app documentation troubleshooting section:
iThemes Security plugin users: The Filter Long URL Strings option under Settings > System Tweaks must be turned off.
