Rows in wrong order

My rows 10 11 & 12 show up at the top of the chart instead of the bottom. A copy of the csv file is here:

is there any way to delete section & level on the window that appears when you hover?

Hi,

Are you using version 1.2 of the seating chart? If not please upgrade, there is a fix in that version for incorrectly ordered rows.
