Hi,

i added some Fields in the Registration Form. I think you call it Questions or Group fields… is it possible to use Shortcodes in the Admin Email für this field… for example i have a field where the customer can write additional information down… is it possible to show this in the email for amdins?

Hi there,

We call those Questions, and each Question can be assigned to a Question Group.

Have you edited the default message templates at all?

The reason I ask is all of the questions (and answers to those questions) should already be included within the admin email – http://take.ms/R6tWp

You can change the template to only output the answer for a specific question if preferred but I’m assuming you have already removed the above from the email?

So you’ve created a custom template and its listed within the ‘Custom Message Templates’ section?

Have you set the template to be used on the event itself within the ‘Notifications’ section?

You can follow the steps here to make sure your template is assigned to the event:

That’s because your editing the Pending Payment message template which does not call the [QUESTION_LIST] section by default.

My example was from the Registration Approved message template.

You can add [QUESTION_LIST] shortcode within the ATTENDEE_LIST section to call it from there, like so – http://take.ms/3a6R0

That should then look similar to the Reg Approved message I showed you earlier.
