Reset support key not working

I got an email that said support key was reset and I followed the instructions but it’s not working. I keep getting this warning.

What else do I need to do?

Hi there,

It looks like something may be interfering with the request sent by your server, our license server doesn’t list a domain on the request sent to us.

I’ve reset your license key again, can you remove the key from the settings and save it with a blank field, then replace the key and save it once again please?

I’ll check what is set on the request to link the key.

Hi there,

That is an error that the license key is being used on multiple domains at the same time or very recently. What is the correct domain?

The domain is Playforjosh.com. And I tried deleting the key and saving it blank and re-entering it. I’m still getting the same error message. Is there anything I can do?
