Background: Once we opened registration for an event, a few of the initial registrations noted that they were receiving blank “Payment Received” emails.
What has been done so far:
We reset the templates in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates and have successfully reset/modified the template(s) to contain content.
The issue/question:
In trying to resend these emails to those same initial registrants, they have noted the email is STILL coming up blank.
Can you please advise as to how to correctly resend messages using updates/custom templates?
Is there a way to resend/regenerate a new email, or is the updated information to an existing registration only available via the online links provided?
A resend email with updated information would be the most ideal approach.
