Unfortunately Receipt can mean different things to different people.
You can resend confirmation emails via Event Espresso -> Event Overview -> Hover over the event and click ‘Attendees’ then on the right hand side you’ll see an Envelope Icon, click this to re-send confirmation emails. You can also send Invoice/Payment Reminder’s by clicking the name of the attendee, ‘Veiw/Edit Payment’ on the right and then ‘Send Invoive’.
If the customer has already paid you may want to re-word the email before sending as it is geared towards a payment reminder.
If the customer is referring to a full payment receipt this will depend on the gateway used.
