Required fields don't work

At the forms we have at our site the required fields don’t get checked. This means we dont have all the information after someone filled in our forms. Can someone help me with it?

Even the required fields that should give an yes/no answer are skipped. This happens in Firefox, Chrome and Edge (all latest versions)

May I ask does the form validation work correctly for you if you’re logged out of the website? The reason I ask is because I’m not logged into your site and the form validation is working as expected.

I’m incoginto mode here, not logged in. From an other PC then i normally do the admin stuff. Still i see no requierd fields.

Hi there,

When testing a registration on your site there’s a JS error being thrown on the page from your sites theme: http://take.ms/OMyMB

Its due to the theme using invalid syntax that become a problem with WordPress 4.5+ and was fixed in Avada 3.9.4+ but your site is using an older version and is likely the problem.

You can confirm this if you switch to a default theme such as twentyseventeen and test the fields again, if you don’t want to affect your using when doing so you can use the Theme Test Drive plugin to switch the theme only for site admins.
