I just tested my shopping cart and after choosing a payment option, an error message pops up that first name is required. But it happens before I’ve even had a chance to enter the information in the form. Any ideas why this is happening? If I go to click on the form I can proceed to enter information and register but this error message popping up will definitely confuse registrants.
Do you still see the error if logged in as admin? If so, can you check to see if the error occurs if you’re logged out of the site?
